Description
Information about the composition of fatty acids in mussel Mytilus edulis platensis d’ Orbigny, 1842. The samples were captured by hand in the fisherman’s pier of Villa Gesell (37° 15´ S; 56° 57’ W). The FA were determined with gas chromatography. more

Dataset with the values of different fatty acids found in mantle tissue of Mytilus edulis platensis, in three months (June, July and December 2019). Composition analysis of fatty acids was carried out using a gas chromatograph. Analysis was done in February 2020.
