Description
Multivariate cyanobacteria toxicity test of CIP to cyanobacteria Microcystis aeruginosa was performed with multiple media to study the influence of pH, DOC, and calcium on CIP bioavailability. more

'CIP bioavailability data' contains the original biological, physical, and chemical data collected from a series of cyanobacteria toxicity experiments with antibiotics ciprofloxacin and Microcystis aeruginosa. The datafile was developed in the framework of the Ph.D. research Qiyun Zhang at the Laboratory of Environmental Toxicology and Aquatic Ecology (Ghent University) and the research group Environmental Organic Chemistry and Technology (Ghent University). Data input is done at the Laboratory of Environmental Toxicology and Aquatic Ecology (Ghent University).
