LifeWatch-WoRMS workshops and grants organized in 2021
Editor workshops supported by LifeWatch
Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, no physical workshops could be organized during 2021, and hence no LifeWatch call for workshop proposals was sent out.
Since the physical Porifera Editor Workshop (originally planned for 13-15 May 2020) had to be cancelled, this group was given the opportunity to reschedule their workshop as an online version in June 2021. This was also the first time a WoRMS-LifeWatch Editor workshop was organized in an online format, and served as a test case for organizing more online workshops in the future.
