Abstract
Growth and food efficiency of juvenile gilthead seabream Sparus aurata L. (weight 4,93g), exposed to different temperatures (18 and 28°C) and salinities (12, 22 and 35o/oo) were studied over a period of 90 days. Temperature was found to have the more significant influence on these parameters. At both temperatures, fish grew faster and had better food efficiency in medium salinity (22°/oo)
