The data results from a mesocosm experiment at NIVA. more

Sediment was collected by Day grab from Bjorhodenbukta (30m depth) , April 1995 4 boxes, in each box :- Macrofauna(caged off) – Nucluoma tenius,(N) Abra alba,(A) at three densities (L=low, M=medium, H=high) Brissopsis lyfera(B) at one density Control© – no macrofauna Replicated once in each box(ie two samples per treatment) Incubation 20 weeks Three meiofauna cores taken from each partitioned area using 50ml syringe to depth of 5cm. Cores amalgamated.
