Abstract
    The 4th session of the Executive Board of the IOC-WMO-UNEP Intergovernmental Committee for the Global Ocean Observing System (I-GOOS Board) was held in Paris, France, on 11 April 2008. The Board discussed open actions from its previous meeting held in Paris, June 2007 and agreed on a specific set of actions to follow up on during the intersessional period.
