Description
The dataset contains current and wave measurements collected at several locations in the Belgian Part of the North Sea during the 2022-2023 winter season as part of the project "Influence of infragravity waves during storms on the hydro- and morphodynamics along hybrid soft-hard coastal defence structures with a shallow foreshore". The raw data was obtained using Acoustic Doppler Current Profilers (ADCPs) with Acoustic Surface Tracking (AST) and pressure sensors. In addition, the dataset provides derived wave parameters for sea-swell and infragravity waves.
