Abstract
Hastula rufopunctata (E. A. Smith, 1877) is compared with its junior synonym Hastula diversa (E. A. Smith, 1801 ), the latter removed from synonymy based on shell morphology. Furthermore, the cryptic species Terebra easmithi Aubry, 1999, is discussed and reassessed within the genus Hastula.
