Description

The Baltic Sea Tracking Network (BSTN) is a collaborative, large-scale initiative dedicated to establishing a comprehensive fish tracking infrastructure throughout the Baltic Sea. Led by the Department of Wildlife, Fish and Environmental Studies at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU), in partnership with the Natural Resources Institute Finland (LUKE), the initiative is generously supported by Voice of the Ocean (VOTO), the Ocean Tracking Network (OTN), and the Kempe Foundation.
BSTN seeks to advance our understanding of large-scale fish movement ecology in the region. We happily welcome new partners to join this effort.
